2. Service Description

Flipso provides a platform to convert PDF documents into interactive flipbooks. Our service includes free and premium tiers with different feature sets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.

3. User Accounts

You may create flipbooks without an account. Creating an account allows you to manage and organize your flipbooks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of PDFs and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as part of our service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Flipso to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to hack or disrupt our service; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform; impersonate others; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Payment and Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refund requests within 15 days of purchase are granted unconditionally. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Flipso's platform, design, and technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform. The Flipso name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flipso is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
